Featuring our Pink Grapefruit Gin, distilled using native and imported botanicals including juniper, coriander seed and local Pink Grapefruit.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Dune Distilling Co Pink Grapefruit Gin.
- 30ml Cointreau.
- 30ml Cinzano Bianco.
- 30ml lemon juice.
- Soda water.
Garnish:
- Mint leaves.
- Lemon wedge.
Method:
Wet glass top and shower with salt. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Muddle mint leaves into the mixture. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds or until shaker has frosted over. Pour into glass, garnish with wedge of lemon.
