Featuring our Lime & Green Tea Gin, been distilled using fresh local zesty limes and Green Tea by Seven Seas.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Dune Distilling Co Lime & Green Tea Gin.
- 30ml Cointreau.
- 30ml lemon juice.
- 1 egg white.
- Soda water.
Garnish:
- Lemon wedge.
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Break an egg and separate the white and add into the shaker as well. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds or until shaker has frosted over. Pour into glass, garnish with wedge of lemon.
