Featuring our Signature Gin, distilled using native and imported botanicals including juniper, coriander seed and local citrus.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Dune Distilling Co Signature Gin.
- 40ml fresh orange juice.
- 15ml apple juice (unsweetened).
- 15ml pineapple juice.
- Lime wedge.
- Lemon wedge.
- Soda water.
Garnish:
- Mint leaves.
- Maraschino cherries.
Method:
In a highball glass, muddle mint leaves, lime, and lemon. Fill the glass with ice, and add pre mixed gin and juices. Top with soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and maraschino cherries.
